I've used Prestige on several occasions now and I have been very happy with them every time. Heating and air conditioning problems generally come at the coldest and hottest times. And the team at Prestige never fails to respond quickly and get me back up and running. This time it was a failed gas valve in my furnace. Thanks Cedric for getting this fixed so fast.

This company is hands down the best HVAC company I have ever used. I call Matt and he got me scheduled super fast. Cedric came out the next day to fix our heat pump that had not been working properly for awhile. He identified the issue and educated me on my system. Then had the system working better than it has since we have owned the house. Everyone I talked with at the company is extremely professional and knowledgeable. This is my new go to HVAC company and I will be referring them to everyone!

tldr; I have had such a great experience with Prestige, and will recommend them to everyone.
We bought a house with an ancient HVAC system a few years ago. I had maintenance set up with another company, and they told me this season that my unit was leaking CO2 and used tactics to really freak me out. They quoted me an insane price to replace my HVAC system, and they told me to not even use my furnace til they replace it.
I brought Matt in for a second opinion and he said that they didn’t turn off a valve on the unit, so of course it’s going to give crazy readings. There were no actual CO2 readings. And the way they were wanting to set up the new system, it wouldn’t even be up to code. But regardless, since my units were 21 years old, Matt couldn’t exactly say everything was fine.
I decided to go with Prestige for the replacement because I truly trusted Matt and his opinion, and their quote was about $2,000 less.
They use Arvest for their financing and that process was so smooth as well. (Shout out to Tiffany at Prairie Grove Arvest!) I really appreciate the local aspect rather than dealing with Wells Fargo, etc.
Every single person I met from Prestige during the install was genuine and kind. For once, I feel like a home service company hires not only for skill, but for character too.
Because of how tiny our utility closet is, the install was difficult. A few days after the install, we noticed the AC unit wasn’t running, but we were still getting air in the house. We contacted Matt after hours and he insisted on sending someone out that night to fix it for us, even though they were coming tomorrow for another reason. It ended up just being a clogged pipe that triggered the shut off.
Cedric was working on our unit until 8 pm and we couldn’t be more thankful. He’s so kind! I can’t say I’d be so friendly if I had to work til 8 pm unexpectedly.
Michele in the office is amazing at communicating & is once again, so kind.
I’ve never had an experience like this with a home service company and I will use Prestige for as long as I own a home in NWA.

Very professional and punctual. Replaced an A-Coil and thoroughly went through the AC system and left the premises clean and in good working order. Very satisfied.
